Every installation comes with our comprehensive 10-year guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind that if anything goes wrong due to manufacturing or installation fault – we’ll put it right, free of charge.
Whether it’s a minor adjustment or replacing a faulty unit, our dedicated service care team is on hand to help. With a highly trained service engineer and a fully equipped van ready to respond, we’ll make sure your home remains secure, efficient and looking great for years to come.

So, what’s covered? For a full ten years from the date of installation, we’ll repair or replace any part of your windows or doors that develops a fault due to defective materials or workmanship — including issues like condensation between the panes of sealed glass units.
All labour and materials are completely free of charge, if your purchase has been paid for in full.
What’s Not Covered
Our Service Care Promise doesn’t cover damage or faults caused by:
- Everyday wear and tear
- Accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Alterations or repairs not carried out by us
- Condensation that occurs on the inside or outside surfaces of the glass
